NF/H-LOC & Reliability Pilot Refresher Meeting
The Refresher Meeting occurred on April 23, 2019. The purpose of this meeting was to provide an update and refresher about the challenging concepts from the in-person trainings, share scenarios from the field and discuss how these should be scored, and provide updates about next steps.

Level of Care (LOC) Pilot Training

Aerial System Training and LOC Pilot Introduction Meeting
This meeting occurred on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. The purpose of this meeting was to provide case managers with an orientation to the automated system, Aerial, and an introduction to the logistics of the pilot.
